I am passionate about the role of great leadership in all organizations, especially churches and nonprofits! With 34 years of experience across various roles, currently I lead the congregation I founded in 2014. Hope Church is now a dynamic community over 350 people, with a growing digital campus.
As an action-oriented, strategic visionary, I excel at initiating AND completing successful projects.
My approach begins with clarifying purpose, understanding unique leadership strengths, and setting appropriate goals based on good data and realistic timelines, guiding organizations toward their potential.
Through careful listening, I can help guide you or your organization to the next steps needed to move toward your vision. I hold a doctorate in Congregational Leadership, specializing in Communication with Emerging Generations.

For over 20 years, I’ve been immersed in the demanding and transformative work of organizational and spiritual revitalization. My career in ministry has been defined by a consistent, repeatable outcome: leading struggling or stagnant organizations to find new life, clarity, and sustained growth.
