Monthly Leadership Coaching

- Coaching call email follow-up with helpful resources for the ministry/minister.
- Availability for short conversations between calls.
Long-Term or Short-Term Consultation for the Organization
Consulation with a organization (church, nonprofit, or business) to help with a particular strategic plan and/or guidance on overall vision, mission and goals. This can be done virtually, in-person, or a combination. For example, there could be advanced conversations and listening sessions with key members of the organization, followed by a strategic planning retreat. A consultation report including a review of findings, strengths of the ministry, and follow-up recommendations is provided.
